FAQS - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
You can, check the website for real-time availability email us at email@example.com, or give us a call. Once you have chosen your vehicle and booked your holiday, we just need a £200 deposit to secure your booking.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event of you needing to cancel your booking, the following charges may apply.
More than 4 weeks prior to departure - your booking deposit
4 weeks to 2 weeks - 50% of the total hire charges, or booking deposit, whichever is greater
2 weeks to no show - 100% of hire charges
** COVID-19. Should your booking fall within a UK national lockdown, where overnight stays away from the home are banned, and campsites are closed, then a full refund, including your booking deposit will be given.**
We do recommend you take out personal and travel insurance at the time of booking
DO I NEED A SPECIAL DRIVING LICENCE?
No. All our vehicles are under 3500kg, meaning you can drive on a standard UK /EU Licence. So, if you have a manual driving license, you can drive our motorhomes. You just need to be 25 or over with two years driving experience
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay via BACS or via credit/debit card through our secure online payment system
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Bring towels, bedding and of course food. We can provide linen on request. You may want to bring additional outdoor furniture, and some games / activities to keep the kids entertained on rainy days. Check what's on-board here.
I'VE NEVER HIRED BEFORE - IS THIS FOR ME?
We were the same! The key to a successful holiday is a good handover, and we pride ourselves on spending the time you need showing you how all the vehicle systems work, so you can drive away with confidence. Each of our vehicles also has a comprehensive user manual, and if you get totally stuck, give us a call. Help is here for you day and night.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No sorry. Our vehicles are pet free and we do not allow any exceptions.
WHAT ARE YOUR PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES
Pick up is between 12:30 and 17:00
Vehicles must be returned by 12 noon.
Other times are possible, subject to prior agreement
Because of our cleaning and sanitisation processes we are unable to offer an early collection, or late drop off.
DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes. Before you take the vehicle away, you will need to pay a £1000 refundable deposit for UK travel. £1250 for European travel
CAN WE TRAVEL ABROAD?
Yes, but not all our vehicles are available for European travel. Please contact us to check.
There is a £15/day surcharge for European travel to cover insurance, breakdown and administration surcharges
WHAT IS YOUR FUEL POLICY?
Full to full. We ask you return the vehicle with the same full tank of fuel as when you collected. A refuelling fee applies if you do not bring the vehicle back refuelled.
All our vehicles are diesel.
Our hire price includes one driver. Additional drivers can be added for £5/day.
WHAT ID WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE?
2 utility bills, or bank statements with matching addresses
Photo id - can be driving licence or passport

WHAT DOES YOUR FULLY COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE NOT COVER?
Please note that no insurance cover is offered for overhead damage caused by the hirer (eg you drive into a bridge or overhead barrier), or any damage deemed as gross negligence. Any internal damage to the living area or cab. Mis-fueling and loss or replacement of keys is also not covered by insurance.
Mirrors and habitation windows and /or tyre damage are not covered by the standard vehicle insurance.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?
Between 25 and 75 with two years driving experience. Older drivers are possible, just contact us first to check.
CAN I LEAVE MY CAR?
Yes, we offer one parking space per client in a fully secure parking area with CCTV for the duration of your holiday
